12:44 pm - Calling all artists, business owners, animal lovers or anyone who wants to make a difference

I'm currently involved with the Thunder Bay & District Humane Society. We have our Bow Meow Dinner Auction & Dance coming up on Saturday October 25th, which is one of our major fundraisers for the year.
We are looking for donations for the auction from business and individuals. Things such as gift certificates, household items, gift items, collectibles, services etc are all wonderful donations.
Not only is this a great opportunity to give back to the community and support animals in need, it is also a wonderful way to promote yourself or your business. Businesses - donations of branded items get your company name out there and gift certificates or services get people through your door where you have the chance to develop a new customer relationship. Artists - this is a great way to increases your exposure and get your art in the hands of art collectors. Charitable receipts are available for the full amount of your donation and donors will be recognized in the program, at the auction table and throughout the night.
All proceeds from this event help support the Thunder Bay & District Humane Society, which receives no funding from the government or other agencies and relies on the support of the community.

If you live in Thunder Bay or the area and are interested in attending, tickets are $50 per person or $350 for a table of 8, and a partial charitable receipt is available on request.
Tickets can be ordered by calling 475-8803. They can be picked up at 1535 Rosslyn Road or delivery is available. If you would like to make a donation, are in the area and would like me to come pick it up just let me know.
